The client is a boutique consulting firm comprising talented IT consulting professionals who combine their expertise to deliver Strategy, Project/Programme Management, Implementation and Professional Services. The market mix is across Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Charities, Government, Commercial and Health industries.
The role is focused upon assisting clients to realise the benefits of contemporary IT strategy and technology in order to deliver quality outcomes to the people who depend upon their services.
In this role, you will frequently be working with CXO’s and Executives with deep industry experience, now running major charities and NFP’s. Equally, you may be leading the push for IT Strategy and Delivery in Health and Government organisations – the essential services that the community depends upon.
The role is diverse and requires an individual with a demonstrated track record across the following:
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant working through the full project lifecycle including workshops and Business Process Design
- Experience across BPR and Business Systems Analysis where you have taken the lead or senior role
- Strong Consulting ability with the aptitude and skills to work independently with clients
- Some experience in Project Management and an IT/Technical Background
- Strong Process and Methodology experience
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills combined with a confident and professional manner
- Experience with any of the aforementioned industry sectors will be highly regarded
- Experience with a “Big 4” Consulting practice or similar will be highly regarded.

The office is based around Surry Hills, however clients are located nationally and travel is required from time to time.
