Contract Testing Professionals – Data Migration and Data Warehouse Leads

4impact Group is a successful national professional solutions firm that delivers ICT centric people, project and technology solutions across a broad range of industries. We have completed projects focusing on areas such as payment gateway solutions, transactional systems, infrastructure refresh, change programs, ERP implementations and upgrades, ICT portfolio definition & restructuring, implementation of ICT governance boards and automated functional, application performance and load testing.

4impact has recently been chosen to work with one of Brisbane’s employers of choice to assist with the implementation and integration of a large application.  To join our professional services team we are now looking for high level testing professionals to work as part of our high performing, professional and experienced team to deliver  high-quality outcomes to clients.

 
We are currently looking for individuals across a number of areas including:
 
  • Test Leadership / Co-ordination – specialising in any of the following areas – Data warehouse / migration testing; Applications testing; Infrastructure / systems testing;  
  • Test Analysts - Multiple roles across an applications testing environment in    Data Warehouse; Data Migration and    Travel Industry applications
We are currently looking for individuals who can demonstrate experience and capability in the following areas (dependent upon role):
 
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in testing environments,
  • Experience in delivery of testing under a variety of methodologies (AGILE, Waterfall, “V” Model, etc…)
  • Skills in developing pragmatic testing assets to support the defined testing strategy
  • Experience in the development of testing strategies, test plans, test cases/scripts
  • Skills and experience with a variety of test management tools (e.g. Quality Centre, Spiratest, VSTS Test Manager, Segue, etc.,)
  • Skills and experience with a variety of testing automation tools (e.g. HP Functional Tester, Rational Suite, Selenium, etc.,)
  • An ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
  • Leadership (for management/team lead roles) and Management skills: project management skills and experience a bonus
  • A desire to deliver the best outcome for the client and to deliver “WOW” 
  • An ability to work with a variety of clients in various industries at differing levels of maturity
  • Good written and verbal skills, including an ability to work with teams for whom English may not be a first language
